Wednesday Morning
Qi Gong Meditation Classes
4th & 11th Jan 2012

Qi Gong is an ancient art that combines movement, breathing and meditation techniques to promote high energy levels, mind-body harmony, the healing of energetic imbalances and both mental peace AND focus.

 

These one hour classes faccilitated by Toby are a chance to learn Qi gong and develop your own Qi gong practice it in an optimally supportive environment.

Each class will:

Open with a 15 minute breathing meditation
Continue with a 30 minute series of Qi gong breathing exercises
Conclude with a 15 minute meditation to promote healing , balance and a sense of deep inner stillness and stability
