Meditation Classes
for Inner Peace as well as Personal & Psychological Empowerment
Every Wednesday 11am -12noon
This new series of meditation classes on Wednesday mornings will be focusing on learning how we can use the practice of meditation to find a refuge of calm and centeredness amidst the stress and challenge of our daily life. In combination with this we shall be looking at how we can change the way we experience our self and our life by working on the quality of our thoughts and feelings, and developing clarity ad positivity on a psychological level.
1st Oct
No Class, Hari Raya Holiday
8th Oct - Class 5:
Soul psychology golden rule no.3; finding balance and harmony within your body, mind, emotions and spirit
15th Oct - Class 6:
Soul psychology golden rule no 4; exploring and understanding the ideas of Christ / Buddha consciousness and the negative ego
22nd Oct - Class 7:
Learning how to deal with and heal difficult or irrational emotions
29th Oct - Class 8:
Learning how to master our 'inner computer' - the subconscious mind
Cost : $12 per class, or $120 for this whole series if paid in advance.
Qi-Gong Classes
Every Wednesday 12:10pm to 12:40pm
Each class will last half an hour and will consist of a warm up, followed by a series of basic qi-gong breathing and movement exercises designed to fully balance and revitalize your energies, with particular emphasis on energizing your body's natural immunity system.
The classes will be fully guided by Toby, and therefore suitable for beginners and those who have some experience of qi-gong alike!
The classes will also include warm down exercises in order to focus on transforming the qi that we have generated in our physical bodies during the class into cerebral and spiritual forms of energy, to expand our awareness and improve our brain function.
