These are once weekly 50-minute - 1 hour classes for those who wish to develop and maintain an effective Qi Gong and Qi meditation practice. Qi meditation is a particular form of meditation that uses as its main object the flow of energy or Qi within our body and being, thus combining benefits of meditation (inner peace and harmony) with the physiological health benefits of enhanced energy flow through our body.

The Tree Of Life or World Tree is an image, symbol or archetype that is found in many of the worlds religions, and spiritual paths. Often the idea of the Tree as an embodiment of Spirit has been shown to pre-dates the religions themselves.
This series of classess will be looking at the Tree of Life and how it can offer us an integrated vision of our spiritual path; Mapping out for us the terrain over which we must travel and providing us with the keys to gain personal experience of that terrain.

2nd Feb - Class 14: Malkuth/Kingdom; The development of our spiritual selves thought contact with nature and the spirit of the landscape.

9th Feb - Class 1: Awakening to the Sacred; Discovering the benefits of developing a spiritual practice.

16th Feb - No Class (CNY)

23rd Feb - Class 2: An outline of seven core perennial or universal spiritual practices practised by all religions and spiritualities.
